Working with Tricia was a wonderful experience!! She provided weekly updates and photos which was appreciated and exciting! Lady is coming quite along with her training as she had a great start. I can agree with a previous reviewer, and can say that she did not cry or have an accident in the crate the first night. She has a wonderful temperament and I can’t wait to see her grow! We have been looking at Golden Retrievers for about 2 years now, and I came across Home of the Goldens KC through different google/AKC searches. After a year of planning, and getting a house with a yard, we felt we were ready to reach out. Tricia communicated every aspect from pre-pregnancy to weeks after pick-up amazingly! Being very excited for our first dog, Tricia sent weekly updates, and NEVER seemed annoyed when we asked for pictures/videos and had questions. She was very knowledgeable about all aspects of dog care, and gave plenty of training and product recommendations. She also was very easy to coordinate pick-up with, and was able to accommodate to the pick-up time of our need. Mom (Miley) was beautiful, and produced the perfect little girl, Mango, for us. She is smart, fearless, athletic, and healthy. We just had our first round of shots after pick-up (she's about 10 - 11 weeks), and she got great health and personality reviews from our vet. She's already doing well with training, and is very loving to her new mom and dad. She is VERY friendly to everyone she's been introduced to, from family, to random people in the neighborhood, and from grandparents to children. We highly recommend Tricia and Momma Miley, and if ever are looking for a second golden retriever, will be back!

After the passing of our beloved Chocolate Lab, we decided to start looking for a Golden Retriever to add to our family. During a search one night, we discovered Tricia on a Golden Retriever group for breeders in Missouri. We knew what we were looking for in a breeder & Tricia definitely fit the bill. She only has two females, Willow & Miley & is as far from a puppy mill as you can get. All of our questions were answered & we were informed throughout the entire process. Needless to say we were beyond excited when we learned Willow was pregnant, whom we picked to get our pup from due to her color & demeanor. We were given updates during the pregnancy including X-ray & Ultrasound pics. After she delivered, weekly pics of the puppies were sent to us as well. When 8 weeks finally arrived, we were able to bring home our new friend Bennett, whom is sleeping on me as I write this.
He is the most beautiful Golden pup you could ask for & is incredibly intelligent. One of the best compliments from one of our neighbors during our walks is that he is too perfect & should be on a Christmas card. I have no doubts that he will be able to be trained easily. He is so very loving & gets along so well with his human brothers & sister. We were asked when he was 6 weeks old what type of personality traits we were looking for & Tricia found us just what we were after. I cannot give a higher recommendation for her & her fantastic puppies. If we had the means, we would have more than one, ha!
